Starck Eyes is a brand of eyewear designed by French architect Philippe Starck and Alain Mikli in 1996. Starck Eyes glasses are handmade in France and Italy. Frame’s hinge, the successor to the conventional screw hinge is a biochemical articulation designed like a human micro-clavicle. Inspired by the arm’s natural intelligence where frames’ arms can be rotated 360 degree and joints are as flexible as those of humans.
